West End Bank is a small community bank in East Central Indiana. Since becoming a public company a few years ago, they wanted new branding that would be updated and showcase their growth and stability for the future. Q7 worked with them in a full service capacity to really define their brand and assure the brand experience was properly being executed at all touchpoints. Initially, this involved research and consultation on an organizational development level. Once the brand was clearly defined, Q7 designed a new logo and created corresponding collateral, signage, stationery and apparel. Since they do so much for the community, that became one of their pillars, as well as education and technology. The rollout to the community was done through creative developed for TV, social media, radio, OOH and in-branch. The response from the public was overwhelmingly positive and the commercial we created won a “Best of Show” Award at the 2016 Mega Marketing conference by the Indiana Banker’s Association. Q7 continues to work with West End Bank on new campaigns as well as further extending the experience-based marketing elements, such as scent, sound and interior design.
